The number, the move,
and the time it took.

Paul said I would build you something around your situation, so here it is. It is a short read, it asks you for nothing today, and it starts with the question you actually asked.

What you told Paul

Three minutes before his line dropped, you were clear about four things.

01
You are the whole sales operation. Founder, CEO, lead generation and the closer, all one person.
02
That changes soon. You are hiring an SDR and a Director of Strategic Growth in the next 30 to 60 days.
03
You have bought sales automation before. None of it did what was sold, and some of it made more work for you.
04
You will not narrow to a tight target list. You sell a service that small and mid-sized US companies buy in every industry, and a narrow list would cut out the segments you want to grow into.
And before you spend anything, you want the number, the move from A to B and how long it took. Fair ask. So that is what comes next.

Your question, answered straight

What we can show you, and what we will not claim.

$10M+
New business sold for clients.
3,500+
Qualified conversations generated.
100,000+
Decision makers reached for clients.
Fixed engagement, then you own it.
Cumulative across live campaigns and client media features, achieved on strong campaigns. New business is client-reported. Numbers from live client work, not projections, and not a forecast of what Exceptional HR would do.
What we will not claim
.
A number for Exceptional HR before we have run anything in your market. Anyone who quotes you one is guessing.
.
An average you are meant to read as a promise. The figures above are what we have achieved, with the base stated.
.
A reply counted as a result. The metric is the one you pick, not the one that flatters us.
How we would measure your A to B
+
You pick the metric before the build starts. Booked conversations, qualified opportunities, whatever you actually run the business on.
+
We write down where it sits on day one, in front of you. That is point A, agreed and dated.
+
You read it weekly off your own dashboard, so the line is visible while it moves, not summarized at the end.
+
At four months you have the move and the time it took, in your own numbers. That is the case study you asked for, and it is yours.
On the target list

You do not have to narrow the market. We do not build lists by industry.

01
Company shape. Headcount band, growth rate, location, and whether there is an HR function in the building yet. That describes your buyer in any industry.
02
Buying triggers. Hiring waves, a first HR role posted, a new site, funding, a leadership change, the kind of job ads a company writes when the people load has outgrown the owner.
03
The moment, not the market. A 40 person manufacturer that just posted three roles looks the same to us as a 40 person agency that just did. Both are in.
04
It refreshes itself. The list is a standing query, not a spreadsheet that ages. New companies cross the line every week and get worked that week.
So every industry stays open and the targeting still gets tight. Tight on timing rather than on sector. The segments you want to grow into are the ones this finds first, because it is watching for the moment a company needs you rather than the label on its door.

How the engagement works, for a one person sales operation

Build. Run. Own.

01 / BUILD

Build

We design and stand up the whole unit. Targeting, data, message, sending setup, reply desk, reporting. It happens while you are hiring, so the seats you are filling walk into something that already works.

02 / RUN

Run

We run it in market for four months and prove it on booked conversations. Your SDR and your growth director learn on live traffic with our operator next to them, instead of on a manual.

03 / OWN

Own

Then we hand over the playbook, the tooling, the dashboards and the trained operator. Your two hires run it. We step out.

Right now the whole thing runs through you. In 30 to 60 days there are two more people. This model is built for exactly that gap: we build the machine those two run, and it is yours at the end rather than rented forever.
We build it, run it in market, then hand you the keys
What the four months contain for you

Six pieces, in the order they matter to you.

1. Targeting and data

The signal built list, refreshed weekly. This is the piece you said you would not narrow, so it is the piece we build first and the one we show you before anything sends.

2. The message

Researched and written per person, not a template with a merge field. It has to survive an owner reading it, because with your buyer the owner usually is the reader.

3. The channels

Email and LinkedIn running together, on sending infrastructure we stand up, warm and monitor. You do not touch any of it and nothing runs off your own domain until it is safe.

4. The reply desk

A person reads every reply. A real one reaches you and your SDR the same day, with the prospect, the context and a way to reach them.

5. CRM and reporting

One dashboard carrying the metric you picked. That is how the A to B stays visible every week instead of arriving as a summary at the end.

6. The operator playbook

Written for the two people you are hiring. What to run, in what order, what good looks like. It is what they own from month five.

We are not handing you a menu. These six are the ones that touch what you told Paul. The rest of what we do is not your problem, so it is not in here.

What this is not

You have bought automation before. This is not that.

01
Not a tool you have to run. You have already paid for software that arrived as more work. Nobody at Exceptional HR logs into anything to make this go. We operate it, and your people inherit it trained.
02
Not a retainer. Four months, then it ends and you keep what is standing. If you want us around after that it is your call, and it is never a condition of the build.
03
Not a promise of a number we have not made elsewhere. You get figures with the base stated, or you get an honest we do not know yet. Never a forecast dressed up as a commitment.
04
Not a pile of leads dropped on your desk. The output is a working unit, a playbook, and someone who has already run it in your market for four months.
The last thing you need is another purchase that adds to your week. That is the real test here, and it is the one we would rather be held to.

The second call

The technical detail and the cost, live, with me on the call.

  1. Paul sets the time and I am on it with him. Your first call gave us three minutes, so this one is the real one.
  2. We go through the technical detail: how the targeting gets built for a business that sells across every industry, what the sending setup looks like, and what your SDR would actually be doing on day one.
  3. Then the commercial part, live on the call. Not in a document you have to decode on your own, and not before you have seen what it buys.
  4. You will have read this page first, so we can skip the introductions and go straight to the parts you would push back on.
If it does not hold up, say so on the call. I would rather hear it there than in six weeks of silence.
